As a solo act with sequenced synthesizer back up music, Dave is at home on the smallest of stages and capable of playing soft enough for a garden party or loud enough to overcome the din of a packed nightclub. Whether you want to quietly sip drinks or limbo the night away, Dave can add the tropical atmosphere you desire. Tropical Sound is also available to perform as a duo or trio.

The steel drum or “PAN” is a unique instrument invented in the 40’s in the Caribbean Islands of Trinidad and Tobago. Hand crafted from a fifty-five gallon steel oil drum, with only hammers and blunted chisels, this instrument produces a beautiful tone that has become synonymous with the music of the Caribbean.
